Winston Hotels Opens Hampton Inn, FL

RALEIGH, NC Winston Hotels opened an $8.5 million, full-service 118-room Jacksonville Hampton Inn at Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Marsh Landing Hotel Investments, LLC entered into a joint venture agreement with Winston Hotels to own and manage the property. Marsh Landing is owned primarily by Charles Wilson, chairman of Winston Hotels. The five-story hotel is located 20 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport and downtown area. Under terms of the joint venture agreement, Winston provided development management services, and capital design and purchasing capabilities during the construction of the hotel, and will continue to provide ongoing asset management assistance to the joint venture.
