IHG Unveils New Dual-branded Staybridge Suites and Holiday Inn Express in Boston
IHG has unveiled the development of the new-build, dual-branded Staybridge Suites and Holiday Inn Express Quincy hotel in Quincy, MA. The 90-room Staybridge Suites and 90-room Holiday Inn Express will be owned by XSS Hotels and Cathartes Investments. Colwen Hotels, the management company affiliate of XSS, will manage the new 180-room hotel. This property marks the second development between IHG and XSS. The first, the Holiday Inn Boston Logan Airport-Chelsea, opened in August.
Hotel Brand Yotel Unveils Second Hotel in New York
Yotel is expected to open a second city hotel in Long Island City, NY, in late 2020. The 178-cabin hotel will be a new-build property. Each cabin will be equipped with Yotel’s signature features, including the space saving adjustable SmartBed, luxury amenities from Urban Skincare, multiple power and USB points, free WiFi and Smart TVs for guests to stream their own content when away from home.
Construction Completed for The Lodge at Gulf State Park, A Hilton Hotel
The construction at The Lodge at Gulf State Park, A Hilton Hotel, has been completed. Located in Gulf Shores, AL, the property includes a premium 350-room hotel, ballroom, restaurants and meeting spaces.
