Westin Bellevue Slated To Premier In November

BELLEVUE, WA— The Westin Bellevue is now slated to open here in November. Kemper Development Co is developing the 337-room hotel. The hotel will be the centerpiece of Lincoln Square, Kemper’s 1.4-million sf mixed-use development that will feature shopping, entertainment and dining options. The hotel will be located within Lincoln Square’s 42-story hotel and residential tower. The hotel will be located on the tower’s first 19 floors, and the rest of the building will contain 148 luxury residential units. Each guestroom at the Westin Bellevue will offer a 32-inch LCD flat-screen television and wireless high-speed Internet access. The hotel will also contain 25,510 sf of function space.
