CHICAGO— Montclair Hotel Investors, Inc. and Watermark Capital Partners, LLC have partnered together to acquire the 390-room Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton, WI, and the 107-key Holiday Inn Riverwalk in Neenah, WI. Montclair Hotel Investors has operated the two properties for several years and has led the renovation of them. Additional renovations will now take place at the two hotels. Leading Watermark Capital Partners is Michael Medzigian, the companys chairman. The Radisson Paper Valley is home to the Vince Lombardi Steakhouse and is host to all National Football League teams that go to play the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, WI. The Holiday Inn Riverwalk contains 11,100 square feet of meeting space.
