Waterford Hotel Group Leadership Conference Honors Top Performers

HARTFORD, CT—Waterford Hotel Group recognized its top performing teams of 2013 during the company’s recent Annual Leadership Conference and Awards Celebration, held here at the Marriott Hartford Downtown.

The two-day conference was attended by Waterford representatives and nearly 60 managers from properties in the Group’s portfolio, and provided attendees the opportunity to share ideas and set goals.

The theme of this year’s conference, “Destined for Greatness,” was emphasized throughout various breakout sessions and presentations on topics such as sales, development and business intelligence. Len Wolman, chairman/CEO of Waterford Hotel Group, also addressed the conference attendees on  company initiatives for 2014, the importance of leadership and Waterford’s core values.

During an awards ceremony Waterford recognized its 2013 top performers, including Team of the Year Courtyard by Marriott in Cromwell, CT and Associate of the Year Jhenny Pierre from the Residence Inn by Marriott in Danbury, CT, as well as various department performance awards, including::
