WASHINGTON—Host Hotels & Resorts has completed an $11-million renovation of the 459-room Washington Marriott at Metro Center Hotel here.
Primarily a group house, the 15-year-old hotel features 15,379 square feet of meeting space, including a refurbished 6,447-square foot grand ballroom and a new 3,000-square foot junior ballroom.
Marriott International continues to manage the property on behalf of Host.
