BOCA RATON, FL—Waramaug LS Hotels, LLC (Waramaug), a private investment group, has completed an extensive renovation on its Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville Airport property in Greenville, SC.
Purchased mid-2015 by Waramaug and built in 1994, the three-story hotel is located on a 2.2-acre site off Interstate 85. A sundry shop and business center were added, along with upgrades to the fitness center and indoor pool.
The renovation implemented the brand’s new Formula Blue design standard. The property is near Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport as well as the local Haywood Mall and Paris Mountain State Park. It is a pet friendly hotel.
