NEW YORK— Peacock Alley at the Waldorf-Astoria, long known as one of the countrys top hotel destination restaurants, is scheduled to reopen in November following a four-year hiatus. Construction on the 96-seat Art Deco restaurant began in May. The cost of renovations is $5.5 million. Cedric Tovar and Jean-Pierre Duteron have been named chef de cuisine and restaurant manager, respectively.
