MIAMI—W Miami, formerly Viceroy Miami and located on Brickell Ave., recently opened. W Miami is part of the 10-acre bayfront Icon Brickell mixed-use development, known for its two-acre infinity pool and spa.
The hotel offers 148 guestrooms and suites, as well as 38 residential units that are serviced by the hotel. W Miami will undergo a renovation to create the W brand’s signature W Living Room on the hotel’s 15th floor overlooking Biscayne Bay. Additionally, the rooftop will be transformed with the brand’s signature take on a cocktail lounge and wet deck.
Following the opening of W South Beach and W Fort Lauderdale, W Miami marks the third W in Florida, bringing Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ brand closer to reaching 75 hotels by 2020.
