Vista Capital Arranges $25M Loan For Calif. Resort

DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA— Vista Capital, LLC of Naperville, IL, has arranged a $25 million acquisition and development loan for King Ventures to renovate the Two Bunch Palms Resort & Spa here and develop adjacent land. The San Luis Obispo, CA-based developer and operator of resort properties and owner of 3,000 acres of water-view land in various stages of development throughout California will use a portion of the proceeds to restore the landmark resort. King Ventures will use the balance of the proceeds to develop a Health Village on an adjacent 260-acre parcel of land for which the developer has allowances to build 1,500 residential and visitor-serving units Funding was provided by Bank Midwest of Kansas City, MO.
