CHATTANOOGA, TN—Vision Hospitality Group, Inc., based here, recently broke ground on the five-story Hampton Inn by Hilton Wilmington/Downtown, marking the company’s entry into the Wilmington market and the state of North Carolina.

The hotel’s 92 guestrooms will feature the latest design package by the brand—Forever Young. The Perfect Mix Lobby is designed as an extension of the guestroom with a variety of seating and lighting options for both leisure and business travelers. Additional amenities will include an indoor saltwater swimming pool, 1200 sq. ft. of meeting space, a 24-hour business center and a fitness center.

Nearby downtown attractions will include the Wilmington Riverwalk and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

The hotel is projected to open in the fall of 2016. Vision currently has 11 hotels under development in the Southeast.
