ATLANTA—Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. broke ground recently on the Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta NE/Duluth Sugarloaf.
The six-story hotel will feature 115 guestrooms, more than 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and an indoor swimming pool. Designed with the latest Cynergy decor package, features will include Marriott’s touch-screen GoBoard;The Bistro – Eat. Drink. Connect.; and redefined space for pop-up meetings or social gatherings.
The hotel will be located one mile from the Gwinnett Center and a short distance from Sugarloaf Mills, the Mall of Georgia and Atlanta Downtown.

Vision Hospitality Group most recently opened the Courtyard by Marriott Houston NW/290 Corridor and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown at the Gulch. The Residence Inn Nashville SE/Murfreesboro is expected to open next month.
Vision Hospitality Group plans to open 12 hotels throughout the Southeast by 2016.
