CLEVELAND, TX— Vir Corp. has sold a 44-room Super 8 Motel in Cleveland, TX, to Praful Solanki for an undisclosed amount. Negotiating the deal for the buyer and seller was PKF Capital Markets Group. The eight-year-old, two-story, interior-corridor hotel was remodeled in 2003 and features a continental breakfast, a business center and a guest laundry facility.
