VANCOUVER, WA—Vesta Hospitality has acquired the Embassy Suites hotel in Brunswick, GA. Rood Investments was a partner in the deal.
Vesta will manage the property and complete a multimillion-dollar renovation, which includes upgrading 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and all common areas, remodeling all rooms and developing a new concept for the F&B component.
The 130-suite hotel is accessible to I-95 and local businesses, including the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Georgia Pacific, Georgia Power and Gulfstream. It is also a short distance from St. Simons Island, Sea Island and Jekyll Island.
This is the company’s second hotel in the Georgia market.
