WICHITA, KS–Value Place has secured a $100 million private equity investment.

The investment was made by Lindsay Goldberg, LLC, a New York-based investment firm that manages $10 billion of equity capital. Value Place, an economy extended-stay lodging chain based here, has 181 hotels open across the country. The investment and anticipated follow-up investments are expected to pave the way for the chain to add 50 company-owned locations and to expand on its franchise base.
