SAN ANGELO, TX—Value Place has partnered with Pure Strike Development, LP to develop a hotel here.
The hotel would represent the first Value Place here and the 38th in the state of Texas. Once completed, the 124-room hotel will feature such guest amenities as laundry facilities and modified kitchens.
“San Angelo has a diverse business environment that has been experiencing promising economic growth in recent years, especially in the oil and gas sector,” said Ron Burgett, executive vp, franchise development at Value Place.
