GRAND JUNCTION, CO—The opening of a newly constructed Value Place hotel here represents the brand’s fifth property in the state of Colorado.
The company has partnered with local franchisor VP Grand Junction, LLC to develop this hotel. The four-story, 124-room hotel will feature amenities such as laundry facilities, high-speed wireless Internet and modified kitchens.
