CARROLLTON, TX— HOTEL BUSINESS® has learned that Accor N.A., based here, is closing in on an agreement to sell its Red Roof Inn hotel brand. Two finalists for the brand, which includes a portfolio of some 350 properties, are reportedly Goldman Sachs and Westmont Hospitality.
