Two dual-branded properties open in the Southeast

The dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn/Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown

Dual-branded properties have opened in Florida and Georgia.

Hilton Garden Inn/Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown
Peachtree Hotel Group has opened the dual-flag Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown and Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown. The property is located in Orlando’s downtown central business district across from the Orange County Courthouse and close to the Amway Center, Camping World Stadium and Exploria Stadium.

The eight-story property, operated by Peachtree Hospitality Management, a division of Peachtree, has 123 Hilton Garden Inn guestrooms and 101 Home2 Suites rooms.

The hotels have designated lobby and dining areas, as well as shared amenities including complimentary WiFi, a rooftop pool with views of downtown, a full-service restaurant and lounge, an on-site Starbucks and a 24-hour fitness center.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown offers all-suite accommodations with fully accessorized kitchens. Amenities include the Spin2 Cycle, combined laundry and fitness area; Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items; and a complimentary daily breakfast.

Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown’s amenities include a 24-hour business center and cooked-to-order breakfasts and dinners. Each guestroom provides the brand’s signature bedding and an in-room “hospitality center” with a mini-fridge, a microwave oven and a coffee maker.

Courtyard/Residence Inn Jekyll Island
LNW Hospitality and New Castle Hotels & Resorts, the team that developed the Westin Jekyll Island and Hampton Inn & Suites Jekyll Island in Georgia, have opened the 209-room oceanfront Residence Inn/Courtyard by Marriott.

The property features 120 Residence Inn by Marriott rooms, as well as 89 Courtyard by Marriott rooms. Amenities include a heated, fresh-water, oceanfront pool, including a hot tub and splash pad; Shore indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar; two fire pits; a Bistro offering coffee and grab and go meals and snacks; a fitness center; and 2,600 sq. ft. of event space.

The Courtyard by Marriott Jekyll Island guestroom offers hybrid zones for working, sleeping, relaxing and getting ready, and includes the “Luggage Drop” to store luggage and the “Tech Drop” ledge to plug in personal devices.

The Residence Inn Jekyll Island offers studio and one-bedroom suites, each equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
