Twenty Four Seven Hotels Expands in California

NEWPORT BEACH, CA—Twenty Four Seven Hotels recently added the Courtyard Palm Desert, Residence Inn Palm Desert and the Courtyard Sacramento Midtown to its portfolio, bringing the total number of rooms under its management to 2,400.

Located in the middle of Palm Desert, CA, Courtyard Palm Desert is adjacent to the Residence Inn by Marriott Palm Desert. Combined the properties offer a total of 281 rooms. There’s a $3-million room renovation planned for both properties.

The newly renovated 139-room Courtyard Sacramento Midtown is located next to the UC Davis Medical Center, which is located in Sacramento, CA.
