NEWPORT BEACH, CA—Twenty Four Seven Hotels is expanding its portfolio with three new management contracts in California: Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Buena Park, TownePlace Suites by Marriott Chino Hills and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Merced, totaling 305 new guestrooms.
Hampton Inn & Suites Buena Park is scheduled to open in August. The 102-room hotel will offer the Forever Young-Phase Two design package by Hilton. This package has multifunctional furnishings that enable guests to adapt rooms to meet their needs and use their personal devices. This location is in proximity to southern California attractions Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm.
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Chino Hills increases Twenty Four Seven’s Marriott properties under management to 14. The 116-room hotel will focus on the corporate market.
Opening in late 2018, TownePlace Suites by Marriott Merced will service the UC Merced campus and visitors as well as the growing industrial business in the central valley of the state. It will have 87 guestrooms.
Concentrated in the western United States, Twenty Four Seven’s portfolio is growing with global hospitality brands including Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt.
