PARSIPPANY, NJ- Travelodge Hotels and the Travelodge/Thriftlodge Franchise Advisory Association (TTFAA) today announced that all North American Travelodge and Thriftlodge properties will provide high-speed Internet access in every guestroom.
Under this new initiative, each of Travelodges more than 550 properties is required to have a contract with a high-speed Internet provider by December 31, 2000. CAIS Internet and VirtuaLINC Corporation are the exclusively recommended vendors for this service through a preferred alliance agreement with Cendant Corp., Travelodges parent company. (8/30/00)
