CRANSTON, RI—TPG Hospitality recently completed three transitions with the addition of the Pullman Miami Airport and the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Green Tree, both of which are managed for Laurus Corporation, and the acquisition of the DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Commerce.
The three hotels comprise nearly 1,000 new guestrooms under management. The Pullman Miami Airport represents the first Pullman in the U.S., rebranded from the Sofitel Miami.
“With 17 Hilton family branded hotels currently under management, the DoubleTree Pittsburgh Green Trea and DoubleTree LA Commerce fit perfectly with TPG’s operating portfolio of core brand, full-service assets, while the Pullman Miami is representative of TPG’s commitment to and growing presence in the lifestyle sector,” stated Paul Sacco, chief development officer, TPG Hospitality.
All three transitions were completed during October.
