MANSFIELD, OH—The 86-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott is scheduled to open here on June 3.
Designed to feel like a community coffeehouse, the lobby includes a variety of seating options designed to meet different needs, according to the company. The lobby also features a floor-to-ceiling TowneMap, offering information on restaurants, recreation areas, shopping and other services, such as dry cleaning establishments and local car wash outlets. A complimentary hot breakfast is available every morning in the lobby area, as well as 24-hour On Us coffee service. There is also the 24-hour In a Pinch market for snacks.
The property offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens that have stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, as well as separate living, working and sleeping areas.
Suites feature a sofa and task chair, a flat-screen television and new bedding. Other hotel amenities include a heated indoor swimming pool, an exercise room open 24 hours per day, complimentary wireless internet throughout the hotel and on-site business services, including copying, faxing and printing. The hotel is pet-friendly and provides laundry facilities.
Located at 1125 Guest Ct., the hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Ontario Hospitality, Inc.
