FRANKLIN, TN—The 120-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott here is scheduled to open this December.
Located at 7153 South Springs Dr., the TownePlace Suites Franklin Cool Springs will operate as a Marriott franchise owned by Cool Springs Lodging and managed by 3H Group Hotels of Chattanooga, TN.
