SpringHill Suites Sets Up Shop in Indianapolis
Commonwealth Hotels opened the SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Plainfield. Located at the I-70/Quaker Blvd. intersection, SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Plainfield is the first Marriott property in the Plainfield, IN area.
The 10-month, multimillion-dollar conversion was finalized on July 2. The hotel has a mix of single king and double queen suites. Ten executive king suites were also renovated for those looking for additional amenities. Designed for both new-builds and renovated hotels, the refurbished look is SpringHill Suites’ latest package—’Palettes’ fuses form and functionality to promote an attractive and modern decor, according to the brand.
SpringHill Suites Opens in Kansas City, MO
The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Kansas City Country Club District is now open. Located at 4500 Madison Ave., the hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by MHG Hotels LLC of Indianapolis.
The new hotel offers a little extra space with suites larger than a typical hotel room. Separate living, working and sleeping spaces provide functionality. Accommodations include beds with soft linens and plush pillows. Other room amenities include a walk-in closet, a mini fridge, a microwave and a spa-like bathroom.
Newly Designed Embassy Suites by Hilton Auburn Hills Opens
Fresh off a modern renovation of the Hilton Suites Auburn Hills hotel, the newly branded Embassy Suites by Hilton Auburn Hills is located one block away from the Fiat Chrysler Headquarters and Technology Center and close to downtown Detroit and Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport. It is owned and operated by Schulte Hospitality Group.
Accommodations include 224 suites, including Embassy Suites by Hilton’s traditional upscale two-room suites, as well as premium floor suites, corner suites and executive suites with additional amenities.
