Two Roads Hospitality Assumes Management of Several Properties
Two Roads Hospitality has assumed management of L’Auberge de Sedona and Orchards Inn as part of its Destination Hotels collection. The Denver-based management company also added Park South Hotel in New York City as part of its Joie de Vivre Hotels brand.
Benchmark Expands in Midwest
Benchmark has expanded its presence in the Midwest by adding The Abbey Resort and Avani Spa to its Benchmark Resorts and Hotels brand portfolio. This property joins Benchmark’s other Midwestern properties, including Racine, Wisconsin’s Wingspread Retreat & Executive Conference Center and Chicago’s Eaglewood Resort & Spa.
Hotel Equities Adds Management of Four Points in York, PA
Hotel Equities has added the management of the Four Points by Sheraton in York, PA. The hotel is Hotel Equities’ first in the state of Pennsylvania. Sky Points Hospitality LLC owns the 146-room property and has plans for a renovation.
