NATIONAL REPORT—Hotel Business is tracking management deals. Spire Hospitality, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and Charlestowne Hotels have recently made deals. Here are the details:

Spire Hospitality to Manage Topnotch Resort and Spa
AWH Partners LLC, a privately held real estate investment, development and management firm, acquired the Topnotch Resort and Spa establishing the ownership group’s presence in the emerging “East Coast Capital of Skiing.” Spire Hospitality, AWH’s full-service hospitality management company, is now managing the resort and will immediately implement its repositioning strategy, leveraging Spire’s experience at AWH’s similarly situated High Peaks Resort (Lake Placid, NY) to drive stronger operating revenues and profit margins.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts Selected to Manage Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has been appointed by Kennedy Wilson to manage Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort, which is set to open in 2022 after a complete renovation of the property. Located on the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, the Hawaiian retreat that has laid dormant since 2011 will once again open its doors.
