NATIONAL REPORT—Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. (HFF) represented the seller, Norwich Partners, in the sale of the Residence Inn Burlington Colchester, a 108-suite, extended-stay hotel in Colchester, VT. The HFF team also procured the buyer, AAM 15 Management LLC.

Completed in 2010, the hotel has 108 suites with fully equipped kitchens, an indoor swimming pool and soaking tub, fitness facility, business center, sundries shop, BBQ/picnic area, complimentary hot breakfast served daily and the Residence Inn Mix (Monday-Wednesday).

Located off of Interstate 89, the hotel is four miles from downtown Burlington and is within close proximity to the Burlington International Airport and other demand drivers, including the University of Vermont, Church Street Marketplace, Champlain College and the University of Vermont Medical Center.

In addition, Crystal Investment Property LLC (CIP) represented the buyer and seller in the sale of the Rodeway Inn and Suites in Pendleton, OR. The 36-key property has a mix of rooms, central metro location, exterior corridors, value-driven amenities, and truck or bus parking.

“Located in an outstanding location close to the city center of this booming eastern Oregon town, CIP was pleased to procure a strong and motivated buyer to take over this terrific opportunity,” said Joseph Kennedy, president of Crystal Investment Property. “We look forward to his continued success with the hotel and to the new opportunities for the seller.”
