Phoenix Hospitality Group awarded management of the William Hotel
Phoenix Hospitality Group has added the William Hotel in Boerne, TX, to its portfolio of managed properties.

The luxury boutique property has 11 guestrooms with New Orleans-style balconies overlooking Main St., as well as a communal hospitality room.

Evolution Hospitality adds Antrim 1844
Evolution Hospitality, the lifestyle operating division of Aimbridge Hospitality, has welcomed luxury boutique property Antrim 1844 in Taneytown, MD, to its growing portfolio.

Located near Gettysburg, PA, the property is set across 24 acres at the foot of Central Maryland’s Catoctin Mountains. The Mansion, a historic 17,000-sq.-ft. building with towering ivory columns and sweeping grand porches, anchors the property with nine guestrooms across three floors. The Antrim 1844’s 40 guestrooms and suites are set in different buildings around the property including The Barn, The Cottage, The Carriage House and more, all with their own history.

The property’s other amenities include an outdoor pool, croquet lawn, tennis court, volleyball court, horseshoes, badminton, electric vehicle charging stations and pet-friendly accommodations.

Redmont Hotel Birmingham selects Rebel Hospitality
The Redmont Hotel, a historic hotel property in Birmingham, AL, and part of Curio Collection by Hilton, has selected Rebel Hospitality to engage in hotel management services.

The hotel was redeveloped by Birmingham-based, Rhaglan Hospitality LLC. Rhaglan’s experience in development and hotel management totals more than $200 million of completed commercial buildings, including numerous core branded hotels totaling over 850 rooms, with a focus on historic preservation.

The property is the oldest hotel in the city and is newly restored. The 14-story historic landmark features 120 renovated guestrooms that are designed around the glamour of the 1920s.

The property has 3,600 sq. ft. of meeting space which includes two boardrooms as well as two ballrooms connected by a mezzanine and New Orleans-style balcony overlooking Fifth Avenue.
