Thompson Toronto Sale Arranged by JLL

The Thompson Toronto recently sold via JLL.

TORONTO—JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group recently arranged the sale of the Thompson Toronto, with EVPs Mark Sparrow and Luke Scheer leading the JLL team on the transaction.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

Located in Toronto’s King West neighborhood, the Thompson Toronto features 105 guestrooms, three food and beverage outlets, more than 15,000 sq. ft. of event space, an outdoor infinity pool and a seasonal outdoor skating rink.

The hotel is located near Toronto’s entertainment district and Queen St., the city’s retail corridor.
