PHILADELPHIA—The Rittenhouse continues its $10-million transformation with the debut of five new Park Suites and a renovated event space, Boathouse.
“The new Park Suites and Boathouse capture The Rittenhouse’s unique balance of timeless style, unparalleled service and modern amenities,” stated Reginald Archambault, general manager of The Rittenhouse.
Additionally, the re-imagined public spaces on the second and fourth floors are part of The Rittenhouse’s larger transformation, including a new Library Bar and an enhanced tea program at the Mary Cassatt Tea Room.
The new, five hospitality suites, designed by internationally renowned interior designer Alexandra Champalimaud, offer expansive floor plans up to 1,330 sq. ft. and treetop views of Rittenhouse Square. Each suite includes a living area with sitting room, dining space and a private kitchen and bar, and features its own unique design concept and layout. The largest suite accommodates up to 25 guests and is able to extend into an adjoining suite.
Located on the second floor adjacent to Lacroix, the revitalized Boathouse space, conceptualized by Richardson Sadeki, offers 1,414 sq. ft. of event space. It features 10-ft. and a capacity of up to 130 guests. The space includes a high-tech PA system with 6 Bose speakers, IOS capabilities, in-floor audiovisual connections, and a built-in 90-inch flat screen monitor for presentations.
