The Hotel Group Expands Portfolio

SEATTLE—The Hotel Group has added the 92-room Residence Inn by Marriott Billings and the 150-room Radisson Colonial Hotel Helena bringing its third-party management portfolio to 38 properties in 11 states. Both properties have been recently renovated.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Billings, in Billings, MT, offers a deluxe studio and one- or two-bedroom suites. Guestrooms have fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, flat screen TVs, free WiFi. The pet-friendly hotel has an indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center.

The Radisson Colonial Hotel Helena, in Helena, MT, is located near the junction of I-15 and US 12 in close proximity to the State Capitol and about three miles from the Helena Regional Airport. The hotel has 150 rooms and suites with free WiFi along with a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker in every room. There is also 18,000 square feet of conference space for events up to 500 guests.
