KANSAS CITY, MO—The Ehmer Group, a San Francisco-based member of Hotel Brokers International, has arranged the sale of the Comfort Suites located at 5549 Bridgehead Rd. in Oakley, CA. The 80-room, three-story, select-service hotel sits on a 2.02-acre lot, just off Highways 4 and 160 in Northern California’s San Francisco Bay Area-East Bay submarket. The new ownership has plans to convert the hotel to a Best Western. Richard Ehmer, president of The Ehmer Group, arranged the sale.
“The Comfort Suites Oakley presented a rare opportunity for the buyer to acquire a top-performing hospitality asset located in one of the world’s strongest lodging markets. The hotel’s RevPAR has increased by more than 30% since 2011 and occupancy has improved by fiver or more percent per year since 2011,” said Ehmer.
