SILVER SPRING, MD— Record operating results are in store for Sunburst Hospitality Corp. this year based on the company’s initial audit of its accomplishments within the past 12 months. Within the past year, among other moves, Sunburst managed to close on the acquisition of the hotel assets that had belonged to Arlington Hospitality when it became bankrupt. However, all of the Arlington assets will be sold off by Sunburst in 2007. Already nine of the 16 AmeriHost properties have been sold.
