OKLAHOMA CITY, OK— Suenos Hospitality, LLC, based here, has signed a franchise agreement with Choice Hotels International to develop at least five Cambria Suites hotels by December 1, 2009. The first two properties are planned for Glendale, AZ and Oklahoma City. Suenos Hospitality is headed by John Lobez, chairman of the board for Lopez Foods, one of the largest Hispanic-owned businesses in the U.S. As of late 2007, 59 Cambria Suites properties were under contract in the U.S. and Canada.
