DENVER, CO—Owner and operator Stonebridge Companies has added Chris Stein as VP, business development.
Stein will be charged with leveraging Stonebridge’s diverse, national platform to source additional third-party management opportunities, evaluate new partnerships and alliances, and coordinate with current partners to enhance existing relationships.
Prior to joining Stonebridge, Stein was VP, acquisitions & development, for Highgate Hotels, an integrated hospitality management and real estate investment company. While there, Highgate developed, acquired and assumed management of assets with value in excess of $2 billion.
Previous experience includes 11 years with Hospitality Real Estate Counselors (HREC), a national hotel and casino advisory firm, where as SVP he led a team focused on consulting, appraisal and litigation support. His hospitality career began at the Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino, where Stein became a hotel manager within a year.
