O’FALLON, MO— Staybridge Suites has opened up its third new property this month. The newest asset is Staybridge Suites’ 81st hotel and is located here in O’Fallon, MO. The 97-suite property is formally titled the Staybridge Suites O’Fallon-St. Louis. It was developed at a cost of $9.5 million and is owned and operated by Hundman Hotels. Rene Bana is the general manager. Located at 1155 Technology Dr., the all-suite, 75,000-sf hotel has guest laundry and workout facilities, 1,000 sf of meeting space, an outdoor pool and a complimentary shuttle service for a five-mile radius.
