Starwood To Sell The Raphael Hotel To Crescent Heights

CHICAGO— Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has agreed to sell The Raphael hotel located here to Crescent Heights. The purchase of the boutique hotel will allow Crescent Heights to take advantage of the growing Chicago market, according to the company. The 172-room boutique hotel contains two meeting rooms, a business center and a penthouse level. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels arranged the sale on behalf of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
