Starwood To Open 1st Four Points In Paraguay

WHITE PLAINS, NY— Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has signed an agreement with Emprendimientos Hoteleros S.A. to operate a new Four Points Hotel by Sheraton to be opened in Asuncion, Paraguay. The 125-room hotel, currently under design, will be located in the Villa Morra area, and is estimated to cost $12 million. It is slated to open by early 2003.
