STAMFORD, CT—Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. has promoted three veteran leaders within the Americas’ region.
Colleen Keating has been promoted to the newly created position of SVP, franchise operations and compliance, while Lynne Dougherty will assume the new role of SVP, owner services and franchise administration. In addition, Vera Manoukian has been promoted to SVP, operations for the North Region. All three executives will report to Bob Hermany, chief of North American & Global Initiatives for Starwood.
In her new role, Keating will provide strategic direction to a cross-functional team consisting of Operations, sales, revenue management, field marketing and food & beverage, with the goal of delivering brand compliance and top-line results for a portfolio of over 250 full-services franchise hotels in North America.
Dougherty, meanwhile, will lead Starwood’s North American Owner and Franchise Administration teams, responsible for owner communications and relationship management, as well as brand compliance and franchise administration.
Manoukian, who will oversee a portfolio of nearly 50 hotels, will provide strategic direction across sales, revenue management, field marketing and food & beverage.
