CHARLESTON, WV—Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. has brought its Four Points brand here with the opening of the Four Points by Sheraton Charleston.

The hotel is owned by BBL Hospitality and is the result of a comprehensive $15 million renovation to transform the Charleston House Hotel. The newly renovated hotel features 176 guest rooms and suites, 12,000 square feet of meeting facilities, full-service dining and other amenities.

Prior to reopening as a Four Points, the 12-story hotel, which was built in 1966, fully renovated all guest rooms, meeting rooms and public areas, refurbished the exterior and a sports grill and indoor pool. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held January 22 to celebrate the grand opening.
