QINGDAO, CHINA—St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., signed an agreement with Qingdao Conson Haitian Centre Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Qingdao Conson Development (Group) Co., Ltd., to debut the St. Regis brand here.
Scheduled for completion early in 2020, The St. Regis Qingdao will be located in the city’s business district.

Situated on West Hong Kong Rd., hotel will offer access to attractions such as the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Centre, Wusi Square Coastal Plaza and Badaguan (Eight Great Passes) old town. In addition, it will be a short distance from the coastal seashore boardwalks, Qingdao Railway Station and Qingdao Liuting International Airport.

Spanning across the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 52nd to 70th floors of a mixed-use development, the new hotel will be part of the city’s tallest building, offering unparalleled views of the Yellow Sea. It will feature approximately 242 guestrooms with a minimum room size of 600 sq. ft., including 43 suites. There will be an array of culinary experiences with five restaurants and bars and more than 18,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Other amenities include wellness facilities with a heated indoor swimming pool, fitness center and luxury spa. The St. Regis Butler Service will be offered in all rooms.
