BETHESDA, MD—St. Regis Hotels & Resorts will amplify its presence in Mexico with the signing of a 120-room hotel and 60 residences in Los Cabos, Mexico. Expected to open in early 2021, the resort will be located close to Cabo San Lucas and southwest of Los Cabos International Airport.

The St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira will be near attractions such as an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, fishing and fine dining options. Other amenities at the resort will include three signature dining venues, a fitness and wellness center, swimming pools, saltwater lagoon, luxury cabanas and a destination spa. The resort will also include meeting and event spaces.

The hotel itself is part of a 1,850-acre master-planned luxury Quivira community that will offer a private beach club, nature reserves and over 20 miles of scenic walking and biking trails.

Mexico’s other St. Regis properties are located in Mexico City and Punta Mita.
