ABIDJAN, IVORY COAST–Accor’s luxury Sofitel brand has signed a management contract to operate the 209-room Tour Ivoire tower of the Hotel Ivoire here, starting this fall.

The hotel’s main building is presently closed for renovations. Once it reopens, Sofitel will manage the entire property. The hotel will be Sofitel’s flagship in West Africa. The brand already manages the Sofitel Jardin des Roses in Rabat, Morocco, in North Africa.
