ORLANDO HOTEL BUSINESS has learned that Site59.com, which sells last-minute travel packages online, is in negotiations to partner with Starwood Hotels & Resorts. The company already has relationships with Bass Hotels & Resorts and Accor, said Michelle Peluso, CEO.
