Sheraton Woodbury Sold for $14M

The Sheraton Woodbury is now owned by Schulte Hospitality Group.
The Sheraton Woodbury is now owned by Schulte Hospitality Group.

WOODBURY, MN—The 150-room Sheraton Woodbury has been sold by Dougherty Funding to Schulte Hospitality Group for approximately $14 million.

The hotel will retain its flag under the new owner.

The property features an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, VIP floor and meeting space designed for small- to mid-size groups.

Hunter Hotel Advisors represented the seller.
