Sage Hospitality Acquires Sheraton Chicago NW Hotel

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL— A consortium of investors that includes Rockwood Capital Corporation, Olympus Real Estate Corporation and HEI Hospitality has sold the Sheraton Chicago Northwest Hotel here to Sage Hospitality and an existing partner. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels negotiated the disposition for the three selling firms. Located adjacent to Arlington Park Racecourse, the 429-room hotel features 60,000 sf of meeting space, four food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, an indoor pool and 1,200 parking spaces. This is the fifth Chicago area hotel that Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has recently sold.
