Technology is not the only area where the Four Seasons Las Vegas is making news. The hotel is the first in the city to offer 24-hour concierge service to all of its guests and not just the high rollers, according to Chef Concierge Lorley Musiol. The Four Seasons ?Dream Team? consists of 10 concierge professionals, six of whom are members of Les Clefs d?Or, the highest award a concierge can receive, according to Musiol. To increase efficiency, the concierge staff uses hands-free phones to locate information without putting the caller on hold. And new programs have been introduced to better serve the guest. For example, a Concierge Kit has been created with more than 100 items which is delivered to the guest?s room within 15 minutes of their call, 24 hours a day. The kit includes items such as batteries, birthday candles, cuff links, plastic shoe trees, reading lights, sleeping masks and thermometers.
