ROCKVILLE, MD—The Board of Directors of Jonathan Nehmer + Associates, Inc., (JN+A) and HVS Design have announced that Warren Feldman will be assuming the duties of CEO of JN+A and Scott Rosenberg will be promoted to the position of President for the firm, effective on January 1, 2015.
Jonathan Nehmer will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In that capacity, he will oversee the activities of the company’s Board of Directors while also exploring new business opportunities and expansion of the firms’ services and capabilities.
Rosenberg and Feldman will also become managing directors of HVS Design. In assuming these positions, they will share the duties and responsibilities required to direct the daily operations of both firms.
